One record for every employee.
Everything about a person sits on one profile, and every other product reads from it.
Bring your roster in from a spreadsheet.
Import from CSV with just code, name, work email and joining date. Everyone lands as a draft, and you send invites when you're ready.
Letters on request.
Employees request an employment, salary or experience letter, or a NOC, in the portal. HR issues it from your own templates, in HTML, PDF or Word layouts.
Policies people can ask about.
Publish your policies and handbooks. Employees ask a question and get an answer drawn from them, instead of messaging HR.
Leaving, handled properly.
Record the exit and its reason, and Naasflow works out the statutory end-of-service settlement in countries that have one. The history stays on file.
Add the person.
Convert an accepted offer, add them by hand, or import your whole roster from CSV.
Send the invite.
They get access to the employee portal with their own login.
They serve themselves.
Update their profile, open payslips, request letters and ask policy questions.
Managers see their team.
Their people, with goals, one-to-ones and training in one place.
Yes. Upload a CSV with at least each person's code, first and last name, work email and joining date, and fill in the rest later. Everyone imports as a draft, so nobody gets an invite until you send it.
Yes. Define custom fields for your company, such as a cost centre or uniform size, and they appear on every employee's profile.
Each employee belongs to a legal entity, and the entity's country pack sets their national ID format, public holidays and payroll rules. Running several legal entities in one workspace is part of the Enterprise plan.
Access follows roles. You decide who is an Admin, HR, Finance, Recruiter, Auditor or Location Manager, and each role only sees the records its job needs. Employees see their own record.
You record the exit date and reason, and where the country has a statutory end-of-service payment, the settlement is calculated for you. The record and its history stay on file.
