From agreement to receipt
Contractors handled like a first-class worker type.
Not a payroll afterthought, not a Wise tab in another browser. Agreements, invoices, payouts, and proof — on the same worker record.
Agreements
One template per country, signed online.
Start from a local-law-aware template, customise rates, currency, and notice. Send for e-signature, archive the signed PDF on the worker record.
- Country-specific templates
- Inline edits + version history
- E-signature with audit trail
Multi-currency payouts
USD, EUR, GBP, AED — 40+ currencies.
Pay each contractor in the currency they expect. FX surfaced inline so you approve the cost, not the surprise.
- Wise, bank transfer, or manual rails
- FX preview before approval
- Receipt stored against the payout
Invoices
Invoices in, payouts out.
Contractors submit invoices through their portal. You approve, the payout queues. Reference number, currency, and receipt all linked back.
- Per-month or per-deliverable invoicing
- Tax field captured per country
- Auto-numbered per contractor
Compliance trail
Audit-ready by default.
Signed agreement, every approved invoice, every payout receipt, all on one worker record. When the auditor asks, the answer is a click.
- Tax forms captured per jurisdiction
- Payout receipts stored automatically
- Full activity log per contractor

Common questions
The things teams ask before moving contractor ops onto a platform.
If your question isn't here, a 30-minute walkthrough on a real engagement is the fastest way to get a real answer.
Can contractors invoice me through Naasflow?
Yes. Each contractor gets a portal where they submit invoices, view past payouts, and download receipts. No more inbox PDF wrangling.
Which currencies do you support for payouts?
USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, INR, PKR, BDT, and 40+ more. We support Wise, direct bank transfer, and manual payout where you record the reference yourself.
How do you handle contractor vs employee classification?
Classification stays with you — Naasflow surfaces the right docs and tax forms per country (W-9 / W-8 / IR35 / etc.), but doesn't make the call. Get it wrong and we'll flag it; we won't auto-classify.
Can the same contractor get paid in different currencies?
Yes. Per-invoice currency selection, with the contractor's default set on their profile. FX rate captured at the moment of approval.
What about receipts and proof of payment?
Every completed payout stores its receipt automatically (Wise PDF, bank confirmation, or your manual upload for cash/cheque). Contractors see them in their portal.
Can I pay full-time staff and contractors from the same run?
Yes — that's the whole point. One approval, one audit log, full-time in local currency, contractors in whatever currency the agreement says.
Local staff + global contractors. One platform.
Stop juggling Wise, spreadsheets, and inbox PDFs.
